The club has a strong junior section, which is actively supported by our professional coaches. The Junior Section has its own tennis structures and as juniors improve they are gradually integrated into the Senior Section.

LADIES MORNING LEAGUE
The Ladies' Morning League tennis section is perfect for ladies who enjoy playing morning tennis during the week.
Ladies play on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from approximately 9 to 11am.
Our league season runs from February-May and August-November. We currently have 3 teams in the morning league, with our A side winning the 2nd league this season, and so being promoted to 1st league.
We currently have about 50 ladies playing. The tennis is strong, competitive and fun.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON LEAGUE
This is run completely separately to the Ladies Morning League and team selection is done via the same Selectors for the Men's & Veteran's.

Mixed League Season which starts on 26th January and goes through until mid March.
WESTERN PROVINCE VETS
Many of the Constantia Club members are regular players in the Western Province Tournaments but some new or potential new members may require info on how to enter and register.
THE FOLLOWING THEREFORE MAY BE OF INTEREST:
Anyone wishing to play in the local WP Tennis Tournament will have to register as a WP Tennis player.
Details are on the WP webpage or contact WP Tennis headquarters Rondebosch (021) 686 3055.
WP Tennis have two tournaments a year held in January and May. Vets tennis age groups are 30 to 80 years. You may enter as singles, doubles or mixed doubles.
Anyone wishing to play in tennis tournaments in other provinces will need to register as a SATA player. Details on www.SATA.co.za or contact Claire at SATA (011) 442 0500.
These tennis tournaments in other provinces are played every month of the year so anyone with the desire can play regularly.
SA Vets Tennis also have Interprovincial tennis for all age groups played at various venues throughout SA and these Interpro tournaments are enjoyed by all participants.
Constantia Club members have supported Interpro for many years and have performed well for their teams and it is a well known fact that the Friday evening functions attended by the Vet's tennis players improve the dancing skills of the individual players.
Ask Brian Hilliard, Arlene Gelbart, Glynis Gillot, Chris Strachen, Margie Mullins, John Grant - they all have become professional dance partners since playing at Interpro tournaments!
