It is with great sadness to inform you of the passing of Chris Strachan on the 19th July 2020, we will always remember his warm smile and gentle nature.

Born 9 March 1943 – 19 July 2020 Aged 77 Survived by his daughter Lisa and son Jason now living in
New Zealand.

The memorial service will be held this Friday 31 July 2020 10am at Christ Church Constantia corner of
Constantia Main Road and Parish Road

Chris has been a long standing member of the club, 40 plus years playing league and representing Western Province for many years. He also served as Chairman of the club.

Chris lived a full life on and off the court, running a successful IT business, being a family man and enjoying his tennis.

So many of our members have good stories to tell of Chris and his tennis escapades, he is sorely missed.
